Seeking support for your sexual and relational concerns can feel daunting. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable, compassionate space where you can explore your feelings and experiences, allowing you to embrace your journey toward healing and fulfillment.

  • Sex and relationships are complicated—no shame in that. I’ve spent over 16 years helping people navigate the messy, beautiful, and sometimes painful realities of sexuality, relationships, and identity. As an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and Supervisor, a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, and an LMFT, I bring deep expertise, but more importantly, I bring a real, judgment-free space where you can unpack what’s going on and actually find relief.

    I specialize in women’s sexual health and functioning, sexual behavior that feels out of control or problematic (often called “sex addiction”), and therapy for all kinds of relationship structures (monogamous, ENM, poly, and more). I also work with minor-attracted people and individuals with atypical (paraphilic) attractions, offering support that’s grounded in compassion, ethics, and real therapeutic growth.

    Therapy with me isn’t about labels or pathologizing, it’s about understanding yourself, healing, and creating a sex life and relationships that work for you. Whatever brings you here, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

  • Individual or Relationship Therapy Sessions:
    Up to 60 min.: $230 per session
    Insurance Accepted: None — Jessica does provide a superbill for possible out of network reimbursement [cannot guarantee reimbursement for services])

    Extended Sessions
    90 min. sessions: $345 for either individual or relationship sessions.

    2 hour sessions: $460 for either individual or relationship sessions.


    Late Cancellation/No Show Fee:
    $125 under 24 hours, for non-emergency reasons

  • Therapy intensives are not covered by insurance. Intensives are ideal for individuals wanting to tackle their healing and relationship work more aggressively.

    Minimum of 4 hours to start, up to 6 hours, total in one day at $230/hour ($920-$1,380)

  • AASECT CST Supervision

    Professional supervision for those nearly-licensed and licensed mental health professionals seeking to complete the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapist's (AASECT) requirements to becoming a Certified Sex Therapist.

    Individual Fee (Licensed & Pre-Licensed Professionals): $150/session

    Group Fee: $90/group/supervisee


    Minnesota MFT Licensure Supervision

    Professional supervision for those post-graduates seeking independent licensure in Marriage & Family Therapy in the State of Minnesota.

    Individual Fee : $100/session

    Group Fee: $80/group/supervisee


    AASECT & MFT Supervision
    A pre-licensed person in Minnesota is able to pursue both sex therapist certification and professional licensure at the same time and I am able to provide both of the supervision for AASECT and MN MFTs. You are able to count 1 hour of supervision for both licensure and certification requirements, provided certain requirements are met.*

    Individual Fee: $150/session

    Group Fee: $90/group/supervisee

    *The specific requirements for AASECT certification and MN independent licensure will be discussed before signing a supervision contract to ensure full understanding is there.
