    Whether you're a couple navigating intimacy struggles, an individual working through past wounds, or someone just trying to figure out why your brain does that thing in relationships, or you are hoping to create a space of acceptance for yourself, we got you!

     By striving to create a warm, nonjudgmental space, you can exploren it all! We will take it at your pace, giving you security to explore the uncomfortable, while testing the limits of the possible.

    Trained in Brainspotting, with an emphasis on Developmental and Attachment Trauma along with sex therapy, I blend deep, neuroscience-backed healing with a down-to-earth, real-talk approach. Your therapy isn’t about checking a box—it’s about getting curious, finding clarity, and building the life and relationships you truly want. I work with clients ages 15+ who are motivated and (mostly) ready to improve their lives, sexuality, and/or any relationship configuration (open, polyamory, monogamous, and other ENM structures).

    Individual Therapy Sessions:
    Up to 60 min.: $165

    Late Cancellation/No Show Fee:
    $125 under 24 hours, for non-emergency reasons

  • Therapy intensives are not covered by insurance. Intensives are ideal for individuals wanting to tackle their healing and relationship work more aggressively.

    Two Hour Intensive: $300

    Half Day Intensive (4 hours): $700

    Full Day Intensives (6 hours): $1,000

    Payment for intensives are due prior to the start of services.
