Where Brainspotting
Meets Sex Therapy

Welcome to a place to help therapists and sexual health professionals integrate Brainspotting into their clinical work to deepen healing around intimacy, desire, and trauma. This is where mind, body, and sexuality come together for truly embodied therapy. Join a community dedicated to growth, collaboration, and client transformation.

The Need for BSP+ST

Sexual health concerns are rarely just about sex: they’re about the stories, sensations, and survival responses held in the body, impacting the person’s identity, expressions, and experiences of their sexual selves and relationships. Many clients come to therapy knowing what they “should” feel or do, yet find that insight alone doesn’t create lasting change. Traditional talk therapy often stops where the body begins to speak, leaving layers of shame, trauma, or disconnection untouched.

That’s where Brainspotting transforms the process. By accessing the body’s neurobiological pathways for healing, therapists can help clients release the emotional blocks and conditioned responses that keep them stuck. When combined with the sex-positive, compassionate, and experiential framework of sex therapy, the result is a truly integrative approach—one that honors both the mind and body in healing sexual and relational struggles.
