Dan VerBout,
Your body remembers what talk alone can't reach. I use Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, and Polyvagal-informed care to help your nervous system find steady ground again, so you can stop managing and start actually living.
-
I work with three kinds of clients who share the same underlying pattern: high-functioning men who have learned to override what their bodies are telling them, athletes whose performance has hit a ceiling that willpower alone can't move, and people whose nervous systems are still bracing from something even after years of talking about it.
As a Brainspotting Consultant, currently in training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, with advanced training in Polyvagal Theory, I use body-based approaches that work with your nervous system directly, often reaching what years of talking couldn't. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you can show up as you are and move toward a life that feels more fulfilling and connected. -
