Navigating the impacts of trauma can be incredibly challenging. I’m here to provide a supportive and empathetic environment where you can safely begin to heal and reclaim peace in your life.

    Out of Pocket Fees:
    Individual Therapy Sessions:
    Up to 60 min.: $165

  • Therapy intensives are not covered by insurance. Intensives are ideal for individuals wanting to tackle their healing and relationship work more aggressively.

    Two Hour Intensive: $400

    Half Day Intensive (4 hours): $800

    Two Half Day Intensives (8 hours total): $1600

    Three Half Day Intensives (12 hours total): $2400

    Payment for intensives are due prior to the start of services.

  • Individual supervision to meet the requirements for the Minnesota LPCC licensure: $100 per 50 minute session
