Types of Therapy Offered
The most common type of therapy. You and your therapist will work 1:1 on understanding your presenting concerns and towards solutions
We treat many types of relationships (traditional, monogamous, poly, thruples, etc.). This is where you and your partner(s) will work on your presenting concerns and towards compromised solutions.
In Person Therapy
This mode of therapy is for clients who wish to be in the comfortable, cozy atmosphere of the physical office for their session. All types of therapy (individual, relational, or group) therapy can occur here.
For an added level of convenience, or general accessibility if the therapist you need is not near you, we offer therapy through a secure, private online chat program (think of Zoom or Facetime calls) for your therapy. Can be for individual, relational, or group.
