Costs & Fees

Each therapist at InnerStrength Therapy is their own separate business, so the types of insurance (if at all) and fees will vary, based on the therapist's expertise, education, and specialties.

(Note: It is up to the client to verify if their therapist is in network, if insurance activity changes, if they have out of network benefits, and to submit for possible out of network reimbursement. ISTS does not contact the insurance company for out of pocket fees/billing. ISTS will submit to insurance, if your insurance is accepted by your therapist.)

Therapists' Fees

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost (for out of pocket fees)

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

• Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit or call 1-800-985-3095.

Types of Payment

InnerStrength Therapy accepts cash, all major credit/debit cards (including Discover and AmEx), and HSA/FSA-type credit cards (for "Out of Pocket" therapists [out of network], you will be required to store a card on file for fee collection before treatment begins or being seen). It is the client's responsibility to inform the therapist of any changes to the form of payment or insurance type, otherwise, the cost is the client's responsibility.

Please note: Prices could change, with at least 30 days notice to current clients, to compete with typical rates and demand for time.
