Charell's Style

Charell is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who completed her Master’s of Science in Clinical Psychology with a Specialization in Counseling through Walden University. Since graduating, she has gained experience working with individuals, couples, families, and adolescents (ages 11 years old and up).


Through her work in different professional settings, using therapy modalities of CBT, DBT and person-centered, she provides clients with individual independence skills in order to help her clients maintain their autonomy. She's developed skills in working with people who were a risk to themselves or others and needed to have a more intensive, focused treatment in order to successfully rejoin their communities and has had extensive training in crisis intervention and response.


She has developed skills in the individual therapy setting by helping people who experience challenges with trauma, depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, and individuals who have previously been diagnosed with mood and personality disorders.
